By accessing or using our website and resources, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or any services offered by GCSE Maths Rocket.

2. Tutoring Services

GCSE Maths Rocket offers online tutoring and revision materials designed to support students studying GCSE Mathematics. While we strive to provide accurate content and effective strategies, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Success depends on the student’s own effort, consistency, and willingness to engage with the material.

3. Our Guarantee & Results Disclaimer

When we say 'Guaranteed', we mean you will see progress within your first two lessons — or you will receive a full refund. This is a satisfaction guarantee on our approach and method, not a guarantee of a specific grade outcome.

If you are not satisfied after your first two lessons, you may request a full refund. Requests must be made before your third lesson is booked.

Every student is different. Results depend on effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. Any success stories or examples shared on this website are illustrative only and are not promises of performance.

4. Payments and Bookings

Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment information.

5. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. However, lessons may be rescheduled if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. If you are late to the session, I will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before ending the call.

Note that we have a strict 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Any booked lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including slides, videos, worksheets, and other content available on this website or via tutoring sessions, are the intellectual property of GCSE Maths Rocket. They may not be redistributed, copied, or shared without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or misuse) of our content or services. You agree to use the website and materials at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
